I was initially hired for the Webmaster and Technology Specialist position, but quickly worked my way up to assume management of the technology team. I built the technology department for this organization from the ground up and established the technology arm for a thriving court reporting operation in Phoenix, designed the company website, and helped to develop training systems and procedures for regional court reporting and legal transcription expansion efforts.
